I had a lovely birthday week in Yorkshire. We usually go there at this time of year, but didn't manage it last year, so this felt long overdue. We rented a cosy cottage in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, close to Cumbria. Peaceful, remote, no TV reception, no mobile phone reception, brown tap water, open fire and getting seriously spooked out at night. I came back with a new iphone and Hesper got to properly test her wellies out. here are some pics...
